"Fabulous location and lovely staff made this hotel a very good choice"

Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of breads and cakes especially.

The room was a bit cramped with limited storage. The curtain between the bed and bathroom, where you would expect a wall, was very odd

Clean and well appointed. Location worked really well for us. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station and very close to the Guggenheim!

"Really nice hotel, lovely warm, welcoming staff who were always very keen to help."

Breakfast was good but with a few tweaks could be fantastic. Limited range of fresh fruit - this could be improved. A coffee/hot beverages machine would help to speed up and improve breakfast service so guests are not relying on staff to take each individual hot beverage order.

Nothing - lovely hotel and staff.
