Calme, joli, et trรจs propre. Un peu excentrรฉ de Ninh Binh(10 mns ร  pied). Bon petit dรฉjeuner ( Cafรฉ, pain, gรขteau a la banane, fruits, confiture, gateaux, pas de beurre, pas de sucre). Les chambres sont de taille normale, les lits sont fermes et nรฉanmoins confortables. La chambre รฉtait un peu sombre. Sdb nickel. L'environnement est agrรฉable, sous la vรฉgรฉtation. Une maison en construction ร  50 m, รงa fait parfois un peu de bruit, dimanche compris. Mais l'ensemble est de qualitรฉ et agrรฉable. Jolie piscine pas profonde. Il faisait frais donc pas de test. Vรฉlos et motos en location. 50 000 d la journรฉe pour 1 vรฉlo. La rรฉgion se prรชte trรจs bien au vรฉlo. Franchement agrรฉable.

Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, con unโ€™ottima colazione inclusa. Inoltre il proprietario offre anche la possibilitร  di affittare diverse moto a un prezzo davvero conveniente, perfette per muoversi in autonomia in cittร . Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri!

It is located at the end of the very busy street of Tam Coc, which makes it very calm and a wonderful choice ! The breakfast was ok, the room was big and comfortable even if the floor was not flat โ€ฆ The owner were very fiendish and we could use the bikes for free, which we highly enjoyed !
