The staff was amazing and very helpful. The building facilities and amenities were very nice.

The unit itself was a bit drab and dark - could use an update. Not as nice as expected based on pictures.

"Great trip and amazing skiing with kids"

Great location in the middle of Vail village, the hotel accommodated our request for an additional bed for a kid, so it was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants around the village with great food options for dinner. Even though they all require a reservation weeks in advance, we were able to get in to very nice places without a reservation. It snowed every day, skiing conditions were amazing. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hot tub - a great way to relax after skiing.

"Amazing Unit, Amenities and Location!"

We travelled as a family of four including children aged 16 and 14. The 3 bedroom unit we stayed in was awesome - bull kitchen and great living area for us all to relax in after skiing all day. The hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) were also a great way to end the day. Location is next to the Village - everything within walking distance. We will be coming back.

"2 Bedroom Condo with A view"

My husband, mother in law and 6 month old all stayed in the 2 bedroom condo at VMH. The room was perfect for our family. With two good size rooms, bathrooms and a full size kitchen worked really well especially with a baby. The patio is a little small and can only fit two people comfortably but the view was spectacular. The room overall was great but somethings were missing, or broken or no longer working. That is not a reflection of the staff who were so nice and amazing. We reported the issues but that meant we would have to have workers in our room for an extended amount of time to fix everything and with a baby was not worth the fuss. Would definitely stay here again but for the nightly price, all things in the room should be fixed and working.

Great location. Bus stop is right by the hotel. Nice hot tubs a heated pool. The restaurant in the basement is awesome.
