El hotel en general.

Personal de aseo poco instruido en atención al cliente. Desatinos. Malas formas Aseo además muy poco prolijo y sin entender que el aseo lo es todo. Dejábamos los pijamas y ahí lo encontrábamos sin doblar y tirado en cualquier parte.

Me encanta este hotel porque mantiene costumbres como un trago de bienvenida; las instalaciones en general son excelentes y por supuesto su gran Casino, uno de los mejores de Chile (conozco varios).

No es que no me guste, acostumbro a emplear tapones para ruidos; los equipos de aire acondicionado de los pasillos son muy ruidosos, el que no está acostumbrado sufrirá un poco.
