Clerk at check in was friendly and provided a nice restaurant.

The breakfast consisted of a waffle, cold cereal and hard boiled eggs, which were not replenished. Very limited seating for breakfast. The room was very dated and showed signs of “quick cleans” and not complete.

I made my reservation 3 days prior and requested a downstairs room. When I arrived the clerk looked at that time and stated that there were no downstairs rooms. What’s the point of making a reservation if no one looks at it until you get there?!
