O terraço é muito bom, a limpeza excelente, as camas muito confortáveis. A proximidade de bons supermercados foi bastante apreciada. Um ótimo alojamento para crianças, mas com ressalva no cuidado a ter com o barulho. A insonorização não é muito boa.

O wi-fi com sinal fraco, com muitas paragens. O estacionamento é de nível expert. Se não tiver mestria em estacionar ou muita experiência de condução, não arrisque utilizar o estacionamento na cave do prédio.
