Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The apartment is located in a convenient area within walking distance of the city center, which we appreciated. A major advantage is the included underground parking space. The host was very kind and considerate—despite our late arrival, they ensured a parking spot was reserved for us, and they also allowed us to keep the car parked for an additional two hours after checkout. However, the apartment could benefit from improved cleanliness and maintenance. The bathrooms are very small, and the sinks are quite difficult to use comfortably. The main drawback is the noise. As is often the case in Spain, the street noise is significant, and the windows are not well soundproofed—it feels as though you are sleeping outside. Additionally, there was considerable noise from the building itself, including the stairwell, elevator, and the upstairs neighbor. I would recommend that the host consider providing earplugs for guests, and slippers would also be a welcome addition.

One of the bathroom doors does not have a lock latch and sometimes slides open a bit; and to access the large outdoor patio, you have to go inside one of the bedrooms (not really accessible for all members of the group)

Todo perfecto, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación fue perfecta.

El apartamento estaba impecable, todo súper limpio y muy bien cuidado. Además, es moderno y está perfectamente equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La experiencia en general fue muy buena y sin duda lo recomendaría. El anfitrión estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, nos envió recomendaciones y se mostró muy atento, lo cual se agradece mucho. Otro aspecto muy positivo es que dispone de parking.

La ubicación fue lo que menos me gustó, ya que el alojamiento se encontraba a unos 20 minutos andando de la Catedral. Aun así, el barrio era tranquilo y silencioso, lo que hizo la estancia agradable.

De zelf check in is makkelijk, heel comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, ruime badkamer met aangename douche. Prima locatie, dicht bij verschillende supermarkten en het centrum. Weinig lawaai.

De slaapzetel was klein en niet comfortabel om in te slapen (wel om in te zitten). Er was weinig daglicht. Er was een terrasje maar daar kijken alle bovenburen op uit. De tafel buiten was ook heel vuil.
