no cups, no complementry beverages (coffee tea) in room, no volume of water in shower, door locks inoperative.

Hotel was close to the event we were attending.

Hotel was very run down and dirty. The halls reeked of Indian food. The breakfast area was shut down. Towels were old. I’m very surprised Sunesta attaches their name to this property.

Staff was very polite and nice.

Paint on furniture, bathroom extremely poor attempt at renovation, tiles broken, windows leaked air through them, and the entire building smelled of cooking. (Curry) "breakfast" was stale cereal and coffee.

1st room smelled of smoke. Second rooms dead bolt did not work. Had to Bo by trap door each night. Bathroom and lamps electrical sockets did not work. Had to use sockets by bed. Staff also played ball in parking lot both nights. Even with customers autos parked there.
