Hotel is very comfortable in all senses with large and beautiful landscapes. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean with all max bathroom amenities. Territory of the hotel is really very beautiful and it's a nice place for photo session.Beach is very clean and the water is crystal clear. Food was very good in asian style. Very good breakfast with lots of choices of different tastes. I really enjoyed the evening Seafood BBQ with the executive chef Galen Wu. For the first time in my so many trips, seen that the executive chef Galen Wu and his co-chef(I forgot his name) controlling the morning breakfast and evening seafood BBQ with vast varieties of dishes. Galen and his co-chef are really a nice chef with politeness explains in details about the food and always ready for help. Rare to see such chefs. Sheraton has a talented Chef. Tnks to him for the delicious food . Only negative point is that the lobby bar and more staff should know atleast English well in order to answer the queries of the guests.

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel is spacious, airy, cozy at the same time. The hotel provides, 100% of what one could wish for when staying by the sea :D Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Spacious rooms with a wonderful view, great programs for children and adults, a beautiful and clean beach, enough pools for evening relaxation. Great room service and everything connected with accommodation and relaxation, everyone smiles and willingness :)

Of course, don't expect that at the reception or in restaurants, there you can see at first glance that you are bothering them.

Hotel and surrounding area well designed, rooms a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Nice private beach and these are all pros. Cons: dinner at hotel restaurant expensive and really poor quality. And first of all mentally under equipped managers in the reception desk, who have tried twice charge me double price for room. War in the first day and war in the last day, including necessity to turn back taxi going to the airport, to clear previously cleared matter. Never more.

This hotel was starring I think 10-15 years ago. since then it lost some facilities like hydro massage in pools etc. but it is still very high class hotel in beautiful corner of Yalong bay with large and comfortable beach. The hotel has very large and well managed garden and large beautiful territory in general. Our guest relation manager Mr. Akim was very pleasant and useful all days of our stay so that we could manage all our issues. Breakfast is wide choice, fast and tasty including both chinese and european cuisine.

We are very pleased with this Spa service. Great professional massage, qualified specialists. I went through rehabilitation after I broke my leg. Blood circulation needed to be restored and swelling relieved after the cast. I am very pleased with the result. I am grateful to massage masters Carol and Rebecca, great massage for the whole family, for healing and relaxation. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable, welcome tea, very friendly and likable administrator Spa, she is good at English speaking, kind and loves her job. We will come back for sure! I recommend this Spa for your health and relaxation.

Stayed two nights for our company’s dealer event and enjoyed the entire arrangement. Location is great - walking along the beach in the morning and evening is really fun. Food was excellent and facilities well maintained. We were greeted by the General Manager and his team upon arrival and even upon departure. The entire team was extremely customer and service oriented - always perfectly fulfilling the wishes and expectations of our team members. This is service at its best - always with a lovely and friendly smile - hospitality at the highest level ever experienced in China. Keep on having this spirit - we will be back for sure …

The view from the room is marvelous; very close to the beach; five swimming pools in the hotel, meeting all kind of needs of swimmers; very good services.
