"Awesome staff room was very clean felt safe great coffee and cookies"

Every thing the front desk lady was the best check in was easy the lady was awesome so polite very helpful. Just a kind person.

Nothing so far everything was great had a great day will be returning when we need to come back to Bakersfield

Their complementary breakfast was okay and at least they have fresh water and coffee ready all morning !

Got there charged our EV vehicle work up had breakfast & still was not charged all the way , the bed rooms where stiff the bathroom looked like it needed a touch up of paint !

Gated entrance

The bathtub was dirty and rooms were a little outdated compared to the pictures online. The room that I stayed in didn’t have the bottom lock so we just had the top latch lock. So in the morning, someone had opened the door on us by the top latch was locked. I’m guessing it was housekeeping, but they didn’t announce themselves or anything

. Nothing, sadly

We couldn't stay ....the front desk receptionist wigged out on my best friend. She even charged after my friend. We had to call booking.com and the hotel management and share the awful behavior
