Didn't do breakfast, quite, and affordable.

The parking lot, the outside building looked old, no signs, the bushes and trees need to be cut down.

Nothing. The property was dumpy and not maintained

The picture advertising the property DID NOT MATCH REALITY! The room was dirty. The bed coverings were not clean and up to date. The bathroom was dirty. Toilet caulk around the toilet was not touching the toilet. There were water streaks running down inside the toilet. The microwave and mini fridge were loosely stacked in a room cooler. The old, window a/c unit was NOISY! The property has a dirt parking lot with big holes. The owner/manager was rude. My wife and I would NOT sleep in the bed. We were afraid of what the “free breakfast” would be like. While standing in the room, I booked a different hotel. Was we immediately checked out of the room, after seeing the above list defects, argued with me about the room. He said the website had “OLD PICTURES” and wanted me to go back a view the room. Begrudgingly, he did give me a total refund.
