雖然附近沒有什麼大小餐廳，不過樓下後面就有一家小超市，走路5分鐘內就可以抵達地鐵站跟家樂福超市。

房間比市中心的平均要大很多，空間感，做起來很舒服。浴室也乾淨，不會太小。洗臉盆稍微小了一些！地點距離捷運站及公車站，超級超級近！不到5分鐘，就可以抵達捷運站的候車月台等車了。早餐的部分，選擇性比較普通，不夠多樣化！不過大部分的食物材料，都還算新鮮可口。

整體比較起來，包含地點跟住宿設備，早餐～綜合而言，價錢還是稍微的貴了一些。
