It was clean well worths money, food was good, Nothing was genuinely wrong with our service of the hotel

My baby found a weed grounder while playing around the room. It was loctated between a dresser and bed, trying to be hidden.

It was a good stay however, be sure to check if they clean the room daily as a hotel service. SInce they have long stays, the people that only is there for two or three days, may not get the room cleaned

The manager is rude, unprofessional, and took my deposit without any proof we had a cat like he claimed.. I’m Hispanic and black and he even called me a liar. What kind of manager does that?

I have been traveling with Marriott for nearly 5 years. I’ve had wonderful experiences in most other hotels. The springhill suites in Addison/quarum Texas was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Worst Staff I’ve Ever Encountered I have never, in all my years of traveling, experienced a more infuriating, disrespectful, and downright humiliating stay than I did at this disaster of a hotel. I drove from Tampa, Florida to Addison Texas to visit family. My son and daughter who are 21 and 20 took my other children ages 17,10,7 to the outdoor pool while I went to the gym. Nick, the GM stormed into the gym YELLING AT ME-“You need to supervise your kids in the pool.” I said, “They are being supervised by a 21 year old and 20 year old.” Nick said, “They have to have a parent supervising them.” I said “No they don’t. They have to adults there with them.” He said very forcefully, “I am the general manager and I’m telling you they need a parents supervision.” I have never been spoken to like that by a hotel manager. It was incredibly disrespectful and as a woman terrifying. Kiana, the front desk girl who apparently thinks customer service means eye-rolling, smirking, and mocking guests behind their backs and in front of guests, but not quietly enough. I made a complaint about the way I negative demeanor of the GM and she actually laughed with her coworker as if my concern was some kind of joke. I could hear them whispering and giggling after I walked away like I was in some middle school drama. Absolutely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As I walked away after checking out, she put a big fake smile on her face and said, “Jesus loves you.” I responded with, “So do customers who will see a bad review.” Then she laughed. Talk about mockery and disrespect! And then there’s Nick—the general manager. And I use the term “manager” loosely, because I’ve met more mature teenagers than this man. When I asked to speak to someone about my experience, he came out looking visibly annoyed, like I had interrupted his nap. No apology. No concern. Just attitude. He talked over me, dismissed my complaints, and acted like I was the problem. I have never felt more belittled and disrespected by someone who’s supposed to be in a leadership role. Let’s be clear: the hotel itself is mediocre at best—dingy rooms, thin walls, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to sleep in your clothes. But the real horror is the staff. The attitude, the rudeness, the complete lack of basic decency. Nick and Kiana are the type of people who should not be working in any customer-facing role. I paid for the one single night then checked out and am at the Four Points in Plano where the experience is 100% better.
