I wish kitchen had pots and pans and a good amount of cutlery and bowls/coffee mugs/drinking glasses. And dish rags. Lots of missing compared to the air bnbs i stay in.

Merci à Deeya pour son accueil et à tout le personnel pour son professionnalisme. Hôtel situé à 10 mn à pieds de la gare GO de Port Credit et de là 25 mn de Union station, idéal pour visiter Toronto, ses environs jusqu'aux Chutes. Très bel hôtel, au bord du lac Ontario, appartement au 12 étage avec vue sur le lac, confortable et bien équipé, quartier calme et animé avec restos, Farm boy et Loblaws à 15 mn à pieds.

The staff were excellent and very attentive in getting items resolved in the room. Unfortunately our room on the fifth floor faced a bar that had live groups on until 22:00 so it was noises until then. Then on the final night there was a party with loud music until 1:00 a.m. Basically the room needed better sound insulation. However, we did enjoy our stay

The room was nice. But.... The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab and there was a band playing outside (which sounded like they were in the room). WAY overpriced for what we got.

No breakfast available. Drove to a breakfast restaurant across the bridge.

Kitchen poorly equipped. No walk-in shower…no safety bars in tub.

Lots of amentities close by, not difficult at all to find something to eat within walking distance! Beautiful views from the room. More than one room (full kitchen, laundry).

Place is showing signs of aging but is kept up quite well.

Room was clean and spacious, good view of the harbour. Mostly quiet except the night before my flight there was loud music playing from one of the bars nearby, so loud it was hard to sleep. My only complaint was how the staff treated me, My home is across the country in Edmonton and I left something by accident. I called to get it back and if they could just send it in an envelope Canada Post and got told they wouldn't be able to send an envelope and I would have to call a courier company to pick it up and deliver, which would have cost way more.

Decent hotel pleasantly surprised by the size of the two bedroom suite however it’s super gated and had a strong odour in the bedrooms not sure if it was stuck in the linens or carpet
