My team and I had a wonder experience. From the moment we arrived and checked-in, the staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The team was extremely accommodating and they have exceeded our expectation. We had 2 meetings in one of their large conference rooms, which was set up and well-equipped with the supplies needed. The support from the staff made the whole event and trip run smoothly.

We stayed at this Inn on June 4th and checked out on June 6th. I was very happy for the care that was given to us. I am disabled and I had been put in a room that was not handicapped, for they were sold out. Now mind you that we did not have reservations done before hand. But the next morning the General Manager, Aushya Paramasivam came up to us. She realized I wasn't too happy. Right away she corrected that and put me in a room that would be close to me. she and her staff especially Velonika, were very nice and helpful. we felt like we had known them forever. they have great customer service. Their rooms are very clean and spacious. They do not offer continental breakfast, but they do have a full breakfast buffet. They are more on the business side. But let me tell you they did everything to make it very pleasant for us. I truly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at this location. You will love it. Great people.
