Big apartment, friendly Staff, clean

All the lights are extremely bright. No chance to spend a cosy evening in the living room or the bedroom or anywhere in this big apartment. It feels like being at the dentist. What a shame as waste of space and money. For those who like that: go for it.

The Appartement was nice and clean. Clearly targeted at specific clientele.

It is way out of town. Water in the tub was yellow. So I didn't not use it. Internet war in the kbit range,so useless. Break fast was a banana and a cup of yogurt and ok coffee. Not impressed.

Hôtel très correct avec un bon petit déjeuner et un personnel très sympathique. Un peu loin du centre mais en taxi le prix est peu cher et on est au calme. Petit défaut...pas de porte entre salle de bains et chambre.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our four island tour. The staff there was super nice and very helpful! The decor and styling didn’t make any sense but was very nice and fun. The space was huge and had a great living room, excellent rooms and a really nice rain shower with excellent hot water. The only downside was the A/C until in the main bedroom wasn’t cooling like it should. The surrounding area is still under construction but as an American visiting Cape Verde for the first time, I’d absolutely stay here again.

The apartment itself is designed and decorated beautifully. The location of the hotel is far out the city and a bit hidden but for me that it exactly what I was looking for.

The description on the website does not match the apartment once booked. The management of this apartment/hotel lacks professionalism, communication skills, people skills and kindness. The amount of money charged for this place could of been well spent at another location with a much better service and way more comfort for the accommodation. Beware that they charge for the beverages like water and juice in the fridge, which they have no price tags displayed anywhere to inform you of such. This is the very first time since traveling that I have visited a hotel that charged their guest for a bottle of water, usually these kind of beverages are complementary. The description of the apartments are all over the place, I selected a nice double room apartment, when I got there I was placed in a one single bedroom with a small bathroom. Super damp and dark, not as described in the description box that it was going to be just a single bedroom and not an apartment type. The pictures that you see here, belongs to multiple apartments, not even when selecting your option you’d get pictures of the actual apartment you are going to stay in. I had arrived late from a two day travel, so that night the staff told me I had to wait until the manager came in the next morning to make changes to the accommodations. The next morning, the manager herself would not even try to accommodate me to a bigger apartment because she stated it was not the accommodation I booked through booking. She wanted to charge me at the counter price despite of me showing her a much cheaper price through booking for a way bigger apartment. she would not acknowledge or honor booking’s price and asked me to pay full price if I wanted to stay there for the days to come.
