I liked the location and the price

I didn't like the cleanliness. The bathroom could have been tidier, there was hair on the floor, dust in the toilet bowl. And it had a damp/old smell. Also, there was a large crack in the shower wall, which didn't inspire any confidence at all. VERY NOISY, lots of door slamming, lots of shouting. The bed in general wasn't comfortable in any way

Nothing. It’s riddled with vagrants and drugs. The pictures are false and the room was falling apart. Vanity coming off the wall and I was there less than two hours and cancelled before booking’s cut off time and the property says there policy is different.

Everything. The pictures aren’t the current state of the property, there’s homeless people staying there and I saw two drug deals within an hour from the guests.
