Very comfortable beds and quality beddings. Probably the best sleep we had in a hotel aside from the Ritz Carlton. Location is convenient. Breakfast was bountiful tasty - better than the last time we stayed. Very chic room and clean. Loved the big bathtub. Pup friendly

We didn’t get the woof pack :-( and my dog was looking for it when we checked into our room as she remembered from the last stay. Oh well hopefully next time! TV is hard to navigate

Spacious room, good breakfasts and terrific staff (except for one woman at the reception desk our second night).

The lighting in the room was not very good and there was no full length mirror.

The staff and hotel were excellent! 10 out of 10. We especially appreciated the design of this hotel.

The breakfast quality was disappointing. Service was great, but the breakfast itself was very plain, our bread and muffin (from our eggs Benedict) were stale. The nuts with our oatmeal were stale. I would very highly recommend this hotel, but suggest that you get your breakfast in one of the excellent cafes in Old Montreal.
