We appreciate the remodeled rooms and that Motel 6 asks for IDs of everyone. I can see they are trying to eliminate human trafficking and bad actors. THANK YOU MOTEL 6!! Also, we asked if we could have a ground floor room because our old dog can no longer manage stairs. The front desk person was happy to help out. 👍 Also, we greatly appreciate not having to pay extra for our two dogs. And it was quiet all night. We slept well.

The free internet signal was too weak to access.

"Ok for the reason… the 5 freeway was shut down due to that gas leak but wouldn’t have stayed otherwise."

Location was ok

They put us in room 228 and it had a known heater issue. We were so cold I may have caught a cold from that night! No heat and blowing cold air on the heat setting and it’s 20 degrees outside… we had to call the front desk for extra blankets. If manager knew there is an issue and you still sell the room that is poorly managed!
