Very convenient location, close to all amenities. Very nice and friendly staff. Needs a good cleaning and perhaps some updates. Filthy windows and blinds in breakfast eating area.

Comparing this hotel to others in the area, it's great. Garden view is not worth the up sell of $10 that they charge you as it's simply grass view. Indoor pool is pretty cold, at least when we visited. Standard Holiday Inn Express experience.
