The cleaning crew cleaned the entire time I stayed.

The 'breakfast' consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, and bananas every morning. That's it, that's all! No eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagel, etc... The sink continued to hold water instead of draining. The toilet seat and lid were not attached to the base. The 'Do Not Disturb' sign means absolutely nothing since my room was STILL entered into, and the sign was placed on the counter.

1/2 Lights in room not working. Minimum towels provided.

The room was comfortable. Liked the location of our accessible queen room.

1. I was charged twice for our room. I paid in full on February 14, and the motel charged me again on March 6. I still don't have my refund on March 7. 2. Staff could be friendlier.

Booking the stay was simple, and check-in was friendly and quick. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Quiet peaceful clean maids were helpful and courteous the room we had was great location first floor closet to exits and ice machine

Office people very quiet didn't talk much . Not a very good selection for breakfast.. The refrigerator in the room wouldn't get cold.
