Hotel Chateau Bellevue

Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre était spacieuse. L’emplacement était parfait pour se balader dans quebec à pied.

The location was brilliant. Many things in multiple directions within walking distance. The rooms are quite nice and the staff was kind and helpful. The a/c was easy to adjust to my liking and I felt very safe during my time there. Towels and sheets were comfy and clean.

There is only one coffee machine for the entire hotel! For the amount being paid, I would hope to have a coffee machine within the room, also there wasn't a refrigerator available in the room- I realize this wasn't listed but it would be a nice convenient item to have for an extended weekend stay. Lastly, the conditioner comes out of the dispenser in very tiny drops and almost isn't worth the hassle of standing the the shower and pressing over and over and over. to get a small amount of conditioner. Just something to look over.

Perfect location…enjoyed basing out of this hotel.

Tv never worked but we weren’t there to watch tv…so no problem

Location was fantastic, handy to everything and especially the chateau. Staff were friendly and spoke both English and French and were on hand for anything we needed. Wine bar was a great concept

Room had wear and tear (bathroom tap torn away from wall, flaky ceiling paint and wallpaper above bath) and was small, unfortunately being a historic place there are limits to what can be in the room. No welcome drinks as advertised For what we paid expected a bit more although can’t fault the staff.

Endroit très tranquille situé entre le château Frontenac (même pas 100m), la Citadelle et le fleuve Saint-Laurent. Personnel au petit soin et d'une incroyable gentillesse.

Large room, excellent location, very quiet. Coffee machine was good, if a little slow.

Multiple issues both before and during our stay which although these were resolved, they were stressful at the time and the staff seemed dismissive about these, e.g. they tried to charge our card over $20,000 for a 4 night stay prior to our arrival due to an "input error" which was not picked up until the charge went through, our room door would not close/lock on the first day and we were treated like we were being an inconvenience for this, no apology or understanding. The TV did not work in the room on arrival either.
