Best Western Kenner

Being treated like a deadbeat at 11 am on the first night of my stay. The maid beat on the door and was fairy rude. I had checked in around 1 am and was extremely tired from dealing with flight cancellations all day and didn't know if I was going to get out of N.O. the next day so I ask the young lady if she had availability for the following day if I needed it, to which she said yes. Anyway I ended up not sleeping but a couple of hours because my adult Daughter who was staying down the road (where there was no more availability otherwise I'd have stayed there) was very ill so I ended up going to pick her up to care for her. So again it was a rude awakening.

The staff was super friendly! Especially Chontelle - she was so kind at check in! The rooms were very large and it felt very clean. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The pool itself looked clean. It’s not heated - but was warm enough for us to get in.

The comforter is very thin - was more like a sheet. I just recommend to bring a blanket unless you keep it warm in your room. We like it cold in our room so I just wish I would have brought a blanket with us. The hot tub didn’t look very clean.. we didn’t get in it.

Friendly staff. Good location

Door safety lock broken. Big gap between door and frame, put ironing board over it but it didn't cover the whole gap. Room was spot cleaned not a full clean.

I liked the convenience of the location with it being near the airport.

The property was not clean. The entryway floors were dirty and the elevator floors were filthy. The carpet heading to the rooms need a deep cleaning.

Overall good experience

Beds were a little hard but everyone sleeps different
