Large room with kitchen, helpful staff

It was close to my son's house.

Construction. And all of the rooms do NOT have a washer and dryer. After 12 days on the road I needed both. First room had neither. It was a 'disabled access" room, and I guess those people don't do laundry? Had to move 8 floors higher. On two occasions, sitting at the table next to the windows 12 floors up I was startled to hear people talking right outside. WIndow washers, and then painters. And a cart with limited options plonked outside the closed restaurant doesn't constitute a proper breakfast. The parking garage is very tight, might be an idea to place the card reader needed to open the gate NEAR the gate.

Staff was fantastic! Helped us with extra pots/pans, sundries, issuing a parking pass for a guest. Really nice shower. Great having in-room laundry facilities and very close to shopping, groceries, liquor store, etc

I would have liked to have been notified that work was being done on the unit above us & given the option to stay in another suite. The breakfast is only a coffee service and no decaf is available. Not enough blankets in the room. Only 1 extra that we used in the bedroom. If we had the need of the pullout couch, there was no blanket. Also, the suites are advertised as a full service kitchen but there were items lacking, very basic. You can only operate the stove or dryer one at a time. We discovered a switch beside the dryer for this but there is no info about it in the suite.

Big and very nice staff. Everyone was wonderful. Nice view on 11th floor where I was. Trees are beautiful.

Very old building and dirty hall & elevator. Floors were not clean in my suite. Coffee Table was dirty so I washed it. No breakfast downstairs only coffee etc. Renovations happening. Robes were dusty old I washer them. Pet floor rooms need to be vacuumed after every stay before next dog. Maybe sprinkle baking soda before the vaccuming. Other than that was fine. Maybe have clean dog blankets that are washed after every stay. To keep them off the carpets as much as possible. Washer and dryer old but works. Takes a long time though. Very dirty in parts of them. Maybe should be cleaned more.

Staff was wonderful. Nice view. Comfortable beds loved the pillows. Over all it was great.

Floors weren't clean or vacuumed in the suite. Renovations happening so hallways and elevator very dirty. No breakfast at all. For the money I think something should be offered mornings.

Beautiful room. Washer and dryer in suite!!! Wow. Friendliest staff ever. Will return!!!

Nothing to report. Amazing experience.

The room looked like it was falling apart. I felt like i was in a crack den.
