Booking listed this hotel as Pet Friendly but, after driving 30 miles, we were told that Pet Friendly meant Dogs only; not cats. We couldn't believe it, especially after driving back the way we had come to get there. The man at the desk was very polite, still, we were left to look for another place at midnight. We didn't use booking because the Pet Friendly was not accurate.

Loved the location and price of the room.

Pillows! No protein on breakfast bar. They had boiled eggs but they were peeled out floating in murky water.

"Very nice upgraded affordable hotel that loves pets"

Great room, super friendly desk staff at check-in, bed and pillows were great, bathroom great. I would just say that they don’t have face soap, so bring your own unless you’re ok with hand and body soap to wash your face with, and they have conditioning shampoo, which isn’t as rich as having a separate conditioner, so if you have dry hair and rely on your conditioner, you’ll also want to bring your own. There is no in-room coffee maker. The hotel and room were very clean. It’s pet-friendly for $25, which is great. The breakfast was 100% carbs. No eggs, bacon or sausage. They had sausage gravy, though. They have a waffle maker, but again, the carbs. Not diabetic-friendly. That said, if I had to stay in Gardner again, I would not hesitate to stay here at this Super 8. It’s just good to know what to expect and plan accordingly.
