"Solucion de problemas en beneficio de todos."

Que hice mi reservación por Booking y fue incorrecta, porque en la reserva decia 4 adultos y un niño de 10 años gratis. Al llegar a la Hacienda resulta que Booking solicito una reserva SOLO POR 4 ADULTOS. Esto me ocasiono problemas con la Hacienda ya que no estaba considerando una cama extra y el precio es de 850 por cama extra. Afortunadamente me lo soliciono la Hacienda Vista Hermosa y nos acomodo en una habitacion donde instalaron una cama para la niña.

No vuelvo a hacer reservacion por Booking sino directamente con la Hacienda Vista Hermosa. Siempre que vamos nos la pasamos muy bien, nos asignan cuartos muy bonitos.

Las instalaciones no solo son bonitas, tienen historia, tiene un encanto especial

La alberca, el agua estaba fría, apesar de que hacía calor, el agua se percibia lo suficientemente fria como para no tener ganas de meterse, considerar en caso de llevar a bebes y niños, pero para adultos es suficientemente grande como para nadar y entrar en calor
