"Schönes Hotel, aber Zimmer sind laut"

Sehr schönes Design des Hotels- ordentlich, gepflegt. Leckeres essen am Frühstücksbuffet (allerdings keine Abwechslung)

Die Zimmer haben keine Schalldämmung zu den anderen Zimmern, daher hört man alles von links und rechts und über einem inkl. jedem Schritt, Nieser und Bettspielchen. Wir haben dies beim Personal angemerkt, die uns nach dreimaliger Nachfrage allerdings nur ein „Sorry“ entgegen gebracht haben. Refund oder eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit gab es nicht. Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund der Lautstärke in den Zimmern daher nicht noch einmal buchen.
