Beijing Tibet Hotel

Das Beijing Tibet Hotel liegt an der Ringstrasse Nr. 4 in der Nähe des Olympischen Parks. Das Quartier ist modern und gut organisiert, sodass es einfach ist sich zurechtzufinden. Die nächste U-Bahn station Huixinxijie Beikou liegt etwa 200 m vom Hotel und der Olympische Park ist etwa 1 km entfernt. Das Hotel selbst wirkt modern und in gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, nur das Bett fand ich zu hart. Der Lärmpegel während der Nacht war angenehm (die Ringstrasse hört man jedoch trotz Schallisolierung). Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer hatte WiFi was jedoch sehr langsam war und kaum Skype zuliess.

Pros: Great location! Only 2 minute walk to a subway station of Line 5 (Beijing's subway system is cheap and awesome) and 1 minute walk to a 24/7 convenient store. There is also a Japanese department store nearby who has some imported food from US. The room is nice and clean, but not big. Beds are a little harder by American standards, but we eventually got use to it. There aren't many English channels but we enjoyed a lot of movies and shows on HBO (no additional charge), which is good enough for us. Breakfast offers many choices. Cons: There is no microwave in the room and no ice maker on each floor. No gym available, though the manual in the room says there is one, it turned out to be wrong. In general, we are very happy about our stay.

仕事で、２泊しました。名前通りチベット関連の施設みたいです。部屋は、日本人の感覚からすると、大きすぎるぐらいで、バス、シャワーは、セパレートになっています。問題点は、バス、シャワーの水圧が低いこと、リンスが無いことぐらいでです。朝食も、十分な水準で、価格からすれば、お勧めのホテルです。

Not good

I stayed there for two nights. It was good. The room was clean and quiet (from the busy 4th ring road traffic). Service there was good.

Fint og rent hotell med god størrelsen på rommene. WiFi-en var dårlig, men tilgjengelig. Ok frokost.

Even if the reviews were not so good I booked a room here because the location was good for my business. I took a deluxe room which was comfortable and clean, Breakfast not bad, the only point was the staff who speak English just a little.

The hotel stopped the central air conditioning system during the 10+ days we stayed there. It was very hot in the room. We got inconsistent answer each time when we called the hotel Guest Service, like the system was turned off by local government or the system will only be on during the day time.... The carpet in the room is very dirty. Basically the hotel is not well maintained and not worth the money. If we didn't pay in full before we check in, we definitely want to find another hotel.

Decent hotel near metro. A bit far from City area. Staff are helpful. Wifi is slow. Breakfast is good.
