"Good"

Around 1:30 am multiple people were trying to get into the room. Felt very unsafe. My husband was there on a fishing trip and probably won’t ever stay there again due to this occurring.

"Benton bust april 2025"

No towels in the room, not one. Floor was gritty & needed to be cleaned. Fridge had mold in it. Bed was super comfy & clean. Unsure why tv, air conditioner/ heater, lamps were all unplugged...weird.

When we got in our room the floor was Greasy . I almost fell. Also noisy. Went to get breakfast next morning, and gravy and biscuits were cold . We left and went to Hardy’s .

"Dirty room but good location.."

It was a place to sleep and the overnight emoloyee was nice. The hotel is around a lot of restaurants.

The checkout guy in the morning was rude. I informed him that I had a dirty mattress pad, under two top sheets (no fitted sheet) a comforter. All dirty, all had dirt/hair on them. But he just looked at me, didn't say a word. The room didn't have a remote. I had to go back and forth 3 different times to get one that worked.
