Al Nawras Island Resort

When i pay this much money on a hotel room i expect best of the beat service and comfort but unfortunately the staff responce to any thing i ask for "if they pick up the phone" is either too late or never happens, cleanliness of the room was my big issue and i dont think i might come back again with this services and price.

المنتجع جميل والخدمة رائعة كانت زيارتي الثانية له اختلف في النظافة والاهتمام بالغرف يعيبه ارتفاع السعر. من الملاحظات ع موظفي الاستقبال في التجربتين مايهتم بإعطاء التفاصيل للمكان او للحجز يعني لو ماتسأل مايهتم انه يقلك ترا عندنا كدا و كدا اللي يسويه فقط انه يأخذ بياناتك و يديك المفتاح غيره مافيه . في وجهة نظري عيب كبير .

nice family day

I like the location but the smell is very bad and so many Insects. Staff very lazy, restaurant is to much expensive. 2200 SR for night is to much for this resort. I will give zero star for it.

I expected something better for the price I paid and top of that there was no bread and breakfast. And to buy food or breaky from the resort was working out to be £50 per meal for a person. I wouldn't really recommend this place for a holiday or a break

Dirty room . dirty living room . oven not working . washing maching with no soap and old and rusty , no microwave ( remember its a 600$ resort ) dirty walls , dirty ceiling , dirty AC air ventilator passage . dirty sink .

Not bad experience but no internet access l complinte about that ..... Very expensive hotel i don't know why

the good thing about the hotel is that you get to see a glimpse of the sea. else. it is shaby, unclean, old firniture worth one star max.
