Ce n est pas un 4 étoiles mais c est bien , propre et confortable . personnel impeccable

The location (across from boardwalk, excellent view of the water) and the room (spacious and modern). The early checking was so appreciated!

I did get a small compensation for the lack of hot water. It eased the pain slightly

The base bed corners are dangerous. Even though they’re protected by some rubber/ plastic I injured my leg The lack of hot water on the first morning shower was annoying and not very pleasant

The staff are not the most friendly or helpful. We stayed at this hotel twice, once at the start of a cycling trip around the Gaspesie peninsula, and a second time 9 days later at the end. Our first stay was ok- our second was terrible because there was no hot water and we were not able to take hot showers. Staff were not helpful and it took a lot of back and forth to get honest answers about what was going on.

We arrived at the hotel after cycling the gaspesie peninsula and were sweaty and looking forward to the shower. There was no hot water when we stayed at the hotel and therefore meant we had to take cold showers or not take a shower at all. I was not informed of this at the time of check-in, even though staff were aware. The reception staff were unhelpful when I called to let them know, and they could not tell me when the hot water issue would be resolved. I did not receive any compensation for the fact that I could not take a hot shower for the duration of my stay at Hotel le Navigateur. There was no hot water until the next day when we were checking out.

Hotel bien situé. Lit confortable. Chambre impeccable!
