"Many issues"

We did not have a good experience here. Our accessible room has many issues including a shower chair that was pulling out of the wall and a door notifier that was simply missing. Overnight temperatures were in the 30s but the boiler was turned off so there was no heat in the building. Exterior door openers did not work. Staff was kind and caring and tried to help but had no authority or resources to fix any of these. After our stay management assured me these would all be repaired but I have no was of knowing if they were. I will not return.
