"Better then expected!"

Based upon recent reviews I was concerned for our 2 night stay over Valentine’s Day. The room was very spacious and the daily breakfast including the omelette station is fantastic. The room had no charging outlets unless you had a block with you and the water pressure in our room was abysmal (although plenty of hot water). For the convenience of the location alone for the Rogers and Bentonville, we will be back.

Happy hour, breakfast, staff, room size and arrangement.

The outside area of the main entrace could have been a little cleaner (needs a good power washing) and a little more inviting. Felt more like the a entrance, but maybe because it's still winter.

"Never Again!"

Very disappointing. Waited 3 hours to be checked in. Zoey, the guest services representative, practically threw the key at us and said “Your room is finally ready”. The bathroom floor, tub, and bed were covered in hair. We asked to be moved. The second room had food on the floor, upon entering.
