Location was fine. Close to Harding University The breakfast was sparce, but the facility is under renovation so there was not many people staying there.

An outlet near the desk to plug in the coffee pot or a computer. Had to plug the coffee pot on the bedside table to have an outlet.

I understand they are remodeling but they have building material stacked everywhere inside and out. Dust was bad and we had cracks in our walls in our room. Carpets were dirty and there was a bathroom sink laying in the landscape by the front entrance. As bad as the motel was they asked for a $100.00 damage deposit. We had only one bath towel for 2 people and no coffee cups. The plug in in our room sparked when I plugged in my computer. We wont be staying there again.

Newly remodels bathrooms are very nice! Beds are comfy and has great options for nearby places to eat/ have delivered! We were able to have pizza delivered and watch the football game all from the comforts of our room! Would definitely stay there again!

Bed was comfortable

Front desk night guy was very rude and once there came up with extra fees for the room and he was a real pain the whole stay. I would never visit there hotel again... THE WorsT worst.

Location was under construction. We were not informed of this on website we reserved room through, nor when I called to ask if pool was in use. I found out when I was checking in, and I also found out that the pool was cold and dirty. The dryer didnt work and couldn't use the exercise room. The breakfast consisted of gallon of milk out on the counter (unsure for how long) 2 cool yogurts, 2 types of cereal, couple pieces of white/wheat bread, terrible oj, and waffle batter that tasted bad. The pool water was very cold, unsure of actual temp since there was no thermometer. The room itself was chilly with only 1 working heater that did not work well. Room had faint smell of old urine in some areas and there was sand/dirt on the bottom with rust looking stains through out. No true smell of chlorine. No pool towels available, we almost had to beg for towels. We would get 2 at a time and there was 5 of us. The room was not bad. It took care of our needs. The staff was accommodating, but felt limited. Especially for them not being very busy. The overall experience was not enjoyable and very disappointing. I understand under construction and was giving grace, but things just kept adding up, and as petty as it is, a bar of soap is reason for bad review. I did not comlain that I was not informed of the construction, the pool being cold AND dirty, no advertised amenities available or in working order (though front counter lady did let us use their dryer) breakast was terrible and was no
