The room was lovely, the staff was friendly as well. And there was free breakfast

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and water got everywhere when I took a shower. And the extra lock on the door was broken

"This place and booking.com have lost my business and I will trash them both on yelp!"

Breakfast was horrible, only eggs and ceral. Would not allow us in rooms until 2:30pm, was suppose to be 4:00pm so am hour and a half early problem was flight got in early that morning, rooms were cleaned but would not let us in unless we paid $40.00 more. Booking.com completely over charged us for the room, $380 , i trusted it was a good price but I could of booked with hotel for half price. I have used booking.com for along time and trusted they were giving the best rate. I will never use them again as I've lost your trust!
