Homegate Inn and Suites

This location is in better condition than the Collierville location. This location also has much friendlier staff and cleaner rooms! No complaints and would return or recommend to others. Sheets are a bit thin but that’s all. Everyone is nice and it’s a peaceful location. Near many food options and near the mall as well.

I always enjoy my quiet, comfortable stay there @ Homegate. The staff is courteous and respectful. Rooms are always clean & accessible.

Felt dirty. Outdated.

During my seven-night stay, my room was only cleaned once. I had to visit the lobby daily to request towels. I spoke with three different staff members, but the issue was not resolved. People fixing cars at the parking lot. No security Furthermore, the virtual chat service provided by Expedia proved to be unhelpful.

This hotel is very outdated,carpet dirty.Not a comfortable place to stay.They don't have extra towels.This is the worst hotel I have ever visited.Never again.The need to close...
