Breakfast was very good. Evening food was the same.

The food was great! Very delicious and the variety was exceptional. The free drinks was just what I needed after a long day of training.

The elevators ran slowly.

I’ve stayed at another Drury and had a great experience so we booked this for the start of a long trip throughout New Mexico. The stay was fine - clean room, nice happy hour (generous with the drinks), solid breakfast. All of the people were nice. Pretty much what I expected. Our flight was delayed over four hours and we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 5am. Knowing we were delayed I called the Customer Service line to let them know that we wouldn’t arrive until after 3:30am, but that we would for sure be there. When we arrived we were told that the room was cancelled because we were a no show. The person at the desk said that there wasn’t a note on the file about our late arrival. Fortunately, there was a room available. Then I got the bill and they charged us for the new room and the cancelled room. It took three people to figure out how to fix it, but they thankfully made it happen. So while our stay at this particular Drury was fine, the company needs to do better by their customers. If I call to make sure I have a room when I show up and they say that it will be fine, that should be the truth. It showed a total lack of concern for our situation.

Location was great breakfast was good the facility was clean. Unfortunately fire alarm went off and there was no explanation as to why and no staff appeared outside to notify when it was okay to go back.

When I went down at 5:30 for the evening snack, there was limited food available. Meatballs but no gravy, it's small amount of cold potatoes, beans again almost gone. This was shortly after 5:30. I didn't see more food come down for quite a while so instead had the soup and the hot dog. When this is a perk that's advertised, there should be ample food available especially when it's the start of the period. That was disappointing
