Breakfast had good options, timeframe and attentive staff Located approx 10 mins by car/50 mins walk away from Funchal old town gave us the option to experience a quieter part of the island and easy access to more amenities.

Gym and indoor pool/steam room were very dated and not really fit for purpose.

Front line sea view was great. Really quiet & clean hotel. V helpful staff. Bedroom was bright & spacious. Bus route to town outside the door.

Bathroom v dated & lighting poor with 1 bulb broken. Pool is v small - you could spend a few hrs but not a full day.

We had a fantastic stay. Upon arrival, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, which made our trip even more special. The views were absolutely stunning, and the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madeira and will definitely stay here again when I return.
