"Team noise"

Location was good

The hotel was filled with kids baseball teams/families. The lobby and breakfast areas were always full and loud. The breakfast was picked over and our room was on the 1st floor 2 doors down from the chaos and the noise was noticeable there too

Close to legends

Some other people staying must have been smoking weed in their room because it was coming through our bathroom ventilation and stunk up our whole bathroom. Beds were hard as rock pillows were flat no support at all. No towels in pool area the front desk was told multiple times and would rather make customers walk out of pool area wet and through the lobby to ask for towels instead of supplying them in the pool area

"I won’t go back."

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn express being a priority member. I’ve stayed in quite a few. The guy managing the bar, forgot to turn the chafing pan on and all the food was extremely cold. I asked him if he had a microwave where he could re-warm it back up he said, unfortunately I don’t. The food was disgusting. All of it was they ran out of individual cartons of milk, and a lady was pouring milk. Left it sitting out on the table did not put it back in the fridge and little kids were running around nasty looking touching it. It was not sanitary at all.

Little bit of insulation was coming out of the vent, though I suspect this was due to having renovations going on.
