We got what we paid for as it is butted up to a truck stop. Cheap gets cheap. Being directly facing the interstate the noise was always there. Never again. Executive Inn it was not.

The location was excellent for what we needed to do while in Beaumont. The property was as I expected for the price, which is to say average. The beds were comfy and the AC worked, plus the room was clean. It's a mid-price hotel with mid-price features. We did have a good refrigerator and microwave so that helped keep our food fresh.

arrived late, service was excellent. room and bathroom walls need to be cleaned and bed skirts sheets, bathroom were clean bed was comfortable
