Nothing

Turned up to hotel to discover it was closed due to a burst water main. Apparently this happened 6months ago and the hotel sent me a confirmation of stay and booking a few days before I arrived. I had pre paid for booking months ago and now can't get hold of them to arrange refund. Not happy

I never got to stay because the motel was closed...chained shut. I want a refund AND an apology for not being notified. The hotel I had to get at the last minute cost twice as much.

Nothing because the hotel was closed for renovations when I got there!

Everything. Especially the lack of communication to me about the hotel not being open! Got confirmation the day of! I couldn’t reach anyone from the hotel, there was 800 # on the door for Wyndham, who took no responsibility for it because they also didn’t know that facility was not open. I tried contacting booking.com who I made the reservation through and have yet to hear back from. Beyond frustrated is an understatement!

There was coffee and juices. I wasn't interested in much else.

I didn't like the fact that the so-called breakfast really wasn't a real breakfast.

First room after check in the hall light was dim. Changed rooms and heat didn’t work at all. It was freezing in the room. Got up at 3 am to change rooms and was told I had to wait until the manager got in in the morning. Third room was better. Elevator smelled like marijuana. This hotel needs a major renovation. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
