Everything was fantastic, the room, the hotel, the location, the delicious and abundant breakfast, and especially the people and staff. From the friendly cleaning ladies to the kitchen staff like Daniela, to the owner, Elena, everyone made the stay one of the best I have had!

Śniadanie oceniam bardzo wysoko. Duży wybór, jedno z najlepszych hotelowych śniadań, jakie jadłem. Serwowane długo - od 7.30 do 10.30. Pojadłem i to dobrze. Wszystko świeże i bardzo dobre. Naprawdę wyśmienite! Obsługa - Stefan - bardzo w porządku, na plus.

Hotel trąci myszką - dość stary i to widać. Dziury w suficie, sprzęt w łazience i łazienka do renowacji, ściany do pomalowania. Widok z okna super - gdyby nie remont zaraz poniżej. Ceny w knajpie hotelowej - kosmos. Trudny kontakt z recepcją. Umieszczono na w aneksie hotelu - niezbyt fajnie.

Ottima posizione, bellissima vista dalla finestra della camera, camera molto grande.

Pulizia e colazione molto migliorabili visto il prezzo della struttura. Come avviene in qualsiasi hotel, consiglierei di inserire in camera un listino con i prezzi delle bibite presenti nel mini frigo (visto che se ci sono solo due bottigliette d'acqua, senza nessun prezzo o menù, si può pensare che siano offerte). Il bollitore in camera, se non si dà neanche una bustina di the/tisana, si può anche togliere.

Tout était agréable : le lieu, la chambre, le petit-déjeuner. Le salon permet de lire et prendre une boisson ou un en-cas. Il est accompagné d’un bar. On est près de la basilique Saint-François d’Assise. La chambre est calme.

A localização é ótima. O restaurante é muito bom, gourmet. Algumas pessoas da equipe são mau humoradas, mas 2 pessoas se destacam com exlentes: Stefano e Massimo, super educados, gentis e prestativos.

O quarto é muito pequeno, nao cabe nada e a cama é minúscula. O cafe da manha é muito ruim na qualidade dos produtos e é muito bagunçado, barulhento e desorganizado.
