"WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UGLY ASS HOTEL!! KEEP DRIVING DO NOT LOOK!!!"

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!!! Sooo dirty and filthy, beds smelt of pee!! Rugs were damp!! We asked for another room, front desk said they were booked!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! for the amount you pay, its disgusting!!!

"Should be shut down by the health department."

This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen in my life. Blood stains on the floor, shattered window, moldy bathroom, broken mirror, shit stains on the best, sticky furniture. AND THE SMELL was the worst smell I have ever smelled. We were one of three parties people in the hotel, and ended up having to cancel our stay and rebook elsewhere.

"The worst choice made on our visit to London"

There was mold covering the bathroom and windows, and it was unfit to stay in. I complained, and got ushered to a slightly better room ( no mold, only holes in the drywall, split flooring, water damage to the window bucks ect.)

Everything about the stay. If we hadn't traveled and been up for 36+ hours, we wouldn't have stayed in the second room offered. The facility would not pass a health code inspection, and that's coming from someone who works directly for the government to remediate public housing mold issues in the north

"Very bad and disappointed. Do not book this hotel for your stay"

Very bad hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! Room smells like drugs. Beds are very bad. bed sheet and pillow case etc. very dirty with stains on it and you could not be able to sleep on it. All rooms pretty much bad shape. Room is not cleaned and so much dust and bugs. Noises were loud. It is waste of your money. This is just a black mark for the Travel Lodge Wyndham Garden hotel in London and it will be an embarrassment for the other Wyndham Garden hotel chains across Canada. Hope some hire up manager or director should visit the hotel and shut down the operation there in London. Very disappointed about my stay and I would never stay there again and if anyone looking to book the hotel there, please don't book it or you will learn your lesson like me.

"Our stay was scary, angering and just very uncomfortable."

Iwish i could give 0 star. Paint was peeling off walls, there was mystery water all over the toilet seat when we first went into the room, hand soap or no soap at all was provided, when I asked the desk clerk for some he laughed at me, shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help me, there were no apologies for anything not even when I checked out. I felt so disrespected I will never go back to this location again, they need to be shut down
