Nice staff.

A very strong smell of chemical “air freshener” and cleaning products in the lobby, hall and the first room I was in. I thought it was common knowledge now that these chemicals are toxic. I gave me a headache and it was difficult to breath. The staff moved me to another room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. It helped briefly to open the window, but the smell returned when I closed the window due to the cold temperature outside. I was to stay two more nights but I moved to another hotel. And my request for a refund was denied. The Bookings.com website gives the impression that all bookings have free cancellations, but I was told that I didn’t choose the option for free cancellations. Very dissatisfied.

"It functions as a place to sleep . Neighbors look like drug addicts when you walk by in the halls."
