Stench in the hotel. I asked for a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room and charged $100 deposit for possible smoking damages. The couch had burns from previous smokers. The sinks were stopped up as well the tub. Never again.

Location was good but the service was terrible!

While we enjoyed are time by the end. This was not the best hotel. The room was missing a phone, TV didn't come on and the floor was soaked. The elevator was working on and off and their grab and go breakfast was two boxes of cereal. lol and the pool was broke. Look, we had a good time with the staff - they were wonderful. Really enjoyed the front desk employees. But overall I wouldn't book here again. I should have done better research.

It was ok I would stay again. However there was electrical equipment that did not work and when I called the front desk they were dismissive. All equipment and amenities should work being that’s why customers make decisions to stay at the business.

I’m active duty Navy so im accustomed to poor living conditions, but this hotel will get zero stars from me. The room was not clean. There was trash still in the trash cans. There was old, dried up food on the carpet. The couch was filthy to the point I would not let my family touch it. The beds had other people’s hair in it. If I wasn’t in town for a family emergency, I would have walked out the moment I walked into the room. I can’t believe this establishment got $300 out of me, plus an additional $100 deposit. Wyndham’s name should not be attached to this hotel. I’m actually angry about my stay knowing there were other options in the area.

The property was excellent, clean comfortable. The only issue i had was the pool was out of order and dirty.

Air not working in lobby..smelled really bad

When I checked into my room there was tools left in the room with stains on carpet. So when I went to let the front desk know they changed my room to another room with red stains on carpet dirty bed lining and the ac did not work so they changed me to another room and it wasn’t any better. By far the worst stay in a hotel ever. I requested to speak with skim wine from management for a refund and was refused
