Everything was fine

Excellent service--there are many staff members around at all times. Always greeting you on arrival and departure. Almost all staff we encountered in our 4-day stay were friendly. Breakfast service in particular was very attentive/friendly, and a delicious meal--however it's a very expensive breakfast so we only ate there once. Plenty of alternative/delicious breakfasts within walking distance. Connected to one mall with food/shopping, and there is another much bigger mall right across the street with tons of stores and great dining. The pool/slide was super fun! Comfy beds. We would hope to stay here again on return visits to MTY.

WiFi did not work in our room the whole time which was major; we were there for work. They offered 3 different networks, none worked among our 4 devices beyond 5-10 minutes intermittently. We had a room with an enclosed patio with high walls, so not much natural light and no view. Our room was clean, but slightly run down--like, the door latch screws were nearly ripped from their holes, some wear/tear, etc. but nothing terrible.

Overall very good. Excellent staff and service. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was excellent. We upgraded to higher floor as the lower room we were in had a poor outlook. The rooms are well equipped and maintained but a little dated for our taste. The lobby and restaurant area were of a high standard.

Such an amazing hotel ! Very affectionate staff and were very helpful ! Totally recommend to anyone and everyone ! Such an amazing area to stay in !
