I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. They were not upfront about their pricing and ended up charging me significantly more than other family members who stayed in the exact same type of room during the same time. When I brought it up, the staff had no clear explanation and brushed it off instead of addressing the issue. I expected honesty and consistency, but instead, I felt taken advantage of. It’s frustrating to realize you’re being overcharged while others paid less for the same service. Transparency matters — especially in hospitality — and unfortunately, this hotel failed in that regard. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values fairness and clear communication.
