"Racist"

The owner/manager was racist. Falsely accused me of smoking in my room. Yelled and threatened to call the police on me and when I agreed for law enforcement to be called he wanted to the give me a refund to leave the hotel like I was a issue. I was only there for a night on a 3 day booking. I was there on a work assignment. I even asked if he wanted to come in the room when we first made contact. He woke me up out my sleep with false claims and no apology. Poorly renovated, horrible breakfast we walk to the waffle house.

Nice staff, easy to get to, pretty decent

The rooms smelled like dirty mop water. The linens had visible stains. The chair had fabric peeling all over the arms.

Customer service was awful, I also got told by my friend that checked in before me that they were going to cancel my reservation. For what? It says check in is after 3pm and my son had a game at TN and I had to drive to SC and had to make a stop. Either way, the day before they called me to ask me what time I was arriving Sat, which I think its weird. But the late at reception was a 0

"The hotel was ok not great or bad but in the middle of the road. Beds were too hard to get comfort"

The beds were bad hard as a rock. ac worked ok! but noisey. Television didnt work as well as expected.
