Staff is very rude and unfriendly. The breakfast area is separated by a door and I saw them close it off as a guest was approaching to get his breakfast. Room service attempted to enter my room on a non check out day without knocking first. (I asked for no service) Breakfast items often empty…even no coffee. Multi day stay but never greeted by front desk- to busy playing on phone. I highly doubt I will be returning here.

When visiting that area, this is my choice hotel. It's close to my family. Very convenient.

The only issue was the lotion container was filled with water.
