"Adequaat hotel met een goede prijs"

Het hotel heeft een goede prijs-kwaliteits verhouding. De kamer was groot genoeg. De faciliteiten waren voor de prijs adequaat. Het personeel denkt mee en is vriendelijk. Er zijn nespresso apparaten op de kamer, dus neem koffie mee als je op de kamer koffie wilt drinken.

De kamer was aanvankelijk niet goed schoongemaakt. De vuilnisbak was niet geleegd, en er stond nog een flesje water van iemand. De bedden waren erg zacht met weinig ondersteuning.

"Aftands hotel, boek elders als je kan!"

Locatie is goed, maar gedateerd bijna wat aftands hotel, voelt als een wegmotel, bedden erg slecht/oud en echt kleine kamers, de fotos zijn erg goed gemaakt maar niet representatief voor mijn kamer

"Comfortabel hotel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en goede ligging"

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en zorgde voor een warm welkom. De accomodatie was volledig omheind en gemakkelijk te berieken met de auto. Ligging op loopafstand van een tramstation waarmee je binnen 15 minuten op Utrecht Centraal staat. De kamer was goed met een mini-koelkast, koffiezetapperaat en Smart-TV. Matrassen waren zeer comfortabel. S'avonds gegeten in het restaurent. Het eten was heerlijk met redelijke porties.

Er was in de badkamer een lipstick-kus op de deurpost maar dit was het enige dat opviel

Het bed wordt niet opgemaakt. Na navraag werd mij verteld dat dit te maken had met nwe milieu regels ??!!?? Ik hoef geen nwe lakens en schone handdoeken iedere dag. Maar het opmaken vh bed heeft toch niets met het milieu te maken 🤔🤔🤔
